Integration Project Manager

We at PEOPLE HUNT are hiring an Integration Project Manager on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming start-up that’s building a next-generation, high-performance gaming platform.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end operator and platform integrations, ensuring smooth technical delivery and predictable go-lives. You’ll act as the central coordination hub between operators, engineering, QA, and product teams - making sure everything connects seamlessly, functions reliably, and launches on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operator and platform integrations from initial scoping through to successful launch.

• Coordinate cross-functional work between backend/integration teams, QA, certification, and product.

• Develop and maintain integration playbooks, onboarding documentation, and technical checklists.

• Track progress, dependencies, and risks, providing transparent updates to all stakeholders.

• Validate operator requirements, including wallet model, jurisdictions, branding, limits, and game catalogues.

• Ensure UAT and go-live readiness: environments, credentials, test flows, traffic simulations, and rollback strategies.

• Oversee post-launch monitoring, stabilization, and incident resolution.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing technical integrations, ideally within iGaming, fintech, payments, or high-load B2B SaaS environments.

• Understanding of wallet APIs, bet/settlement flows, sessions, callback patterns, and operator expectations.

• Ability to interpret API documentation (REST/WebSocket), JSON payloads, and system logs.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple integration workstreams and maintain clear documentation.

• Experience with regulatory or certification processes (MGA, UKGC, ON, etc.) is a strong plus.
