About the Role

People Hunt is hiring on behalf of our iGaming client - an ambitious and fast-growing company operating across multiple international entities. We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, maintain clear visibility across accounts, and help drive strategic decisions with accurate, up-to-date reporting.

This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building structure, and understands the balance between operational precision and strategic insight.

Your Responsibilities

Daily:

• Monitor payments across crypto wallet and operational accounts.

• Process invoices, ad hoc payments, and reimbursements.

• Maintain and update the Cash Flow Sheet.

• Control spending limits across contractors, rent, and subscriptions.

• Update the P&L dashboard to reflect daily activity.

Monthly:

• Prepare and send invoices to clients, partners, and contractors.

• Manage payroll, taxes, and royalty payments.

• Handle monthly financial closing (income, expenses, balances, forecasts).

• Deliver monthly reports on burn rate, profitability, and budget planning (salaries, licenses, events, marketing).

Quarterly:

• Analyze results versus forecasts and update budgets accordingly.

• Prepare ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders.

• Support quarterly financial reviews and performance analysis.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Accountant with strong accounting and reporting skills.

• Experience working with multiple legal entities or international jurisdictions.

• Solid knowledge of financial systems, online banking, payment platforms, and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.

• Hands-on experience setting up or optimizing accounting and reporting systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage dynamic financial requests.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, casino, or sportsbook operations.

• Familiarity with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) or audits.

• Understanding of compliance and finance processes in fast-moving startups.

• ACCA or equivalent financial certification.
