Our client – a fast-growing, product-driven iGaming company in Ukraine – is on a mission to redefine online gaming in the region. We're supporting them in the search for a bold and creative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead their marketing strategy, build a powerful brand, and drive measurable growth across local and international markets.
🔍 About the Role
As CMO, you will take full ownership of the company’s marketing function. This includes designing and executing a robust marketing strategy, leading cross-functional teams, managing performance campaigns, and scaling user acquisition and retention. You’ll have the autonomy, tools, and team to bring your vision to life - in a fast-moving iGaming environment that rewards innovation and execution.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategy
Oversee all marketing channels: performance marketing, SMM, SEO, PR, content, affiliates, influencer campaigns
Lead, grow, and mentor the internal marketing team
Manage and allocate large-scale marketing budgets effectively
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
Build strong partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and external vendors
Champion the brand’s voice and positioning across all touchpoints
Monitor and analyze KPIs using BI tools to continuously optimize marketing performance
Elevate the brand on both Ukrainian and international stages
🎯 What You Bring
2+ years of experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing in the iGaming or betting space
Proven success in managing large teams and complex marketing operations
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and user acquisition strategies
Strong command of marketing analytics, BI tools, and attribution models
Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
A sharp eye for brand building and storytelling
Experience in Ukrainian market is a must
