PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of an innovative, independent game studio and iGaming technology provider that specializes in high-quality online slot games and scalable gaming infrastructure. With deep expertise in game math, compliance, and modern development, they serve global markets with flexible, certified, and custom-built gaming experiences.
We’re looking for a Slot Game Producer / Game Designer to lead the full development cycle of original online slot games - from concept to certified release. This is a creative-meets-technical leadership role for someone passionate about slots, with a strong grasp of gameplay mechanics, market trends, and production workflows.
💼 What You’ll Do
🎨 Game Design
Conceptualize original slot game ideas grounded in player behavior and market trends.
Define gameplay features (cascades, multipliers, bonus buys, jackpots, volatility, RTP) in collaboration with the math team.
Write clear, structured Game Design Documents (GDDs), specs, and flow diagrams.
🔍 Market & Competitor Analysis
Track industry trends, hit games, and evolving player preferences.
Analyze competing titles for mechanics, visual styles, and engagement strategies.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate daily with developers, artists, animators, sound designers, and QA.
Understand each discipline’s tools (Pixi.js, Spine, sound engines) to give informed, actionable feedback.
Drive production in Jira, Asana, or similar task managers.
📦 Project Oversight & Quality Control
Own delivery: scope, deadlines, milestones, polish.
Collaborate with QA to verify features, test builds, and ensure quality.
Lead game acceptance reviews and final polish checks.
🗣 Communication
Communicate fluently in English and Russian/Ukrainian.
Translate creative vision into detailed specs and aligned execution across the team.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Deep understanding of slot mechanics, features, and player engagement loops.
Proven experience writing GDDs and leading multi-disciplinary teams through game production.
Familiarity with QA workflows and project management practices.
Experience with modern production tools (Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, etc.).
Keen eye for game quality - across visuals, UX, sound, and performance.
Portfolio of released slot games is required.
