About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT is seeking an experienced CRM/Retention Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing sweepstakes and digital engagement company. While the company operates from CIS or Europe, its primary customer base is in the United States.

As the CRM/Retention Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing customer engagement strategies that increase LTV, reduce churn, and drive long-term loyalty. You’ll manage customer journeys across channels, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to create compelling experiences for users.

What You'll Do

• Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications to drive retention and engagement.

• Segment audiences and personalize communication using behavioral and lifecycle data.

• Design and launch automated customer journeys, win-back campaigns, and loyalty programs.

• Work with analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize for LTV and conversion.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

• Maintain best practices in compliance (especially for US users: CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing experience - ideally in B2C digital products or gaming/sweepstakes.

• Proven experience with US consumer marketing and retention strategies.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.

• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and A/B testing.

• Excellent English communication skills; able to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.

• Based in CIS or Europe .
