Lead Business Development Manager
PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of its client, an international company operating in the Fintech sector for over 8 years. Despite global instability, the company continues to grow, develop cutting-edge technologies, and strengthen its position in the financial solutions market. They work with international clients, helping them increase business efficiency and profitability. Now, they are looking for a Lead Business Development Manager to join the team and expand sales efforts internationally.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (experience in Fintech, igaming, or Blockchain is a plus).
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- A natural leader who can organize, motivate, and guide a BDM team, help achieve KPIs, identify growth points, respond quickly, and support colleagues.
- Experience with active cold sales and working with long sales cycles and large deals.
- Ability to dive into clients' businesses, offer innovative solutions, find upselling opportunities, and handle objections.
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to build trust.
- English proficiency of at least B2 (additional languages are a plus).
- Russian language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business trips (Europe, Asia, and MENA regions).
- IMPORTANT: Legal eligibility for business trips within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and attract new clients in international markets.
- Actively participate in industry-specific exhibitions and conferences (travel worldwide).
- Work with cold leads, large deals, and long sales cycles.
- Maintain and update data in CRM.
- Full support of the client through all stages of cooperation.
- Execute upselling, cross-selling, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the BDM team, provide training, and improve the team's professionalism.
- Report to company management.
- Take active actions to ensure the team's success.
