They offer cutting-edge solutions in payment systems and digital financial instruments, helping clients enhance business efficiency and profitability.

The company is currently expanding and is looking for a talented Sales Manager to join the team!

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably with experience in several companies) in a similar role.

- Experience in Fintech and Blockchain is a plus.

- English proficiency of at least B2 level.

- Russian language is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, ability to persuade, clearly express your point of view, understand the client's business, and offer solutions.

- Cold sales experience: readiness to actively seek out clients and work with cold leads.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience with Word, Excel, Bitrix24 (preferable).

Responsibilities:

- Search for and attract new clients.

- Work with cold leads, large deals, and long sales cycles.

- Maintain and update the database in the CRM.

- Sell and support the client through all stages of cooperation.

- Upselling, cross-selling, and nurturing existing clients.
