About the Company:
A new iGaming project from a team of founders with many years of experience in the industry. The company is in the active launch phase: strong concept, ambitious goals, and rapid growth. The core team is currently being formed, with the opportunity to build processes from scratch and influence the product strategy.
Role Objective:
Increase player LTV, reduce churn, and enhance engagement through personalized retention strategies, loyalty programs, and well-thought-out marketing mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive player retention strategy
- Create and optimize loyalty programs (cashback, rakeback, repeat bonuses, tournaments, gamification)
- Implement engagement mechanics (challenges, bonus drops, crash jackpots, exclusive offers)
- Manage segmented communications (email, push, Telegram, Discord, SMS)
- Launch and develop referral programs
- Analyze user behavior, identify churn reasons, and reduce churn rate
- Personalization based on data: behavioral triggers, personalized offers
- Improve onboarding and post-deposit interactions
- Work with feedback, UX surveys, and enhance the customer experience
Who We Are Looking For:
- An expert with experience in iGaming or related digital industries
- A strong strategist with hands-on experience: capable of planning and executing
- Understanding of behavioral analytics, customer segments, and loyalty
- Willingness to build processes from scratch and work in a startup environment
- Experience with multichannel CRM and automation
