Casino Manager
PEOPLEHUNT is looking for a Casino Manager. We are hiring on behalf of our bookmaker client company.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improvement in our online operations.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing teams to propose and set up casino product campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Game Positioning: Ensure optimal exposure and strategic positioning of games within the website lobbies, aligned with customer preferences, business objectives, and market needs.
Operational Support: Manage and support daily operational tasks across online casino verticals, including releases, lobby management, and game performance evaluation.
Escalation Point: Serve as the primary contact for product-related escalations from the Customer Support team, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Provider Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for all provider relationships, managing commercial agreements and negotiating exclusive campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
Good understanding of online casino operations.
Analytical Skills: Numerical thinker, capable of diving into game data and driving portfolio optimization strategies.
2-3 years of experience within the iGaming space, ideally in the Casino space.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (B2), with strong communication skills, both written and verbal + Hindi as a plus.
Strong understanding of casino operations, game mechanics & management, and player behavior.
Good communication, problem-solving, decision-making, team-spirit skills.
2-3 years of experience within the Casino space, preferably in India.
